وصفة تارت البرالين الوردي (لدائرة 18 سم)
عجينة حلوة:
210 جرام طحين
125 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
25 جرام لوز مطحون
50 جرام بيضة (متوسط وزن البيضة 50 جرام …)

35 جرام سكر بودرة
250 جرام حلوى حلوى اللوز الوردي المسحوقة (الوصفة هنا )
250 جرام كريمة ثقيلة ، 40٪ دهون
ابدأ بتحضير العجينة الحلوة. تحتاج فقط إلى نصف كمية العجين ، لكن من الأسهل عمل العجين كله. يمكنك تجميد النصف الآخر! ضعي جميع المكونات ما عدا البيض في وعاء أو في وعاء محضر الطعام.
خفق مع ورقة الروبوت (إنها K) حتى يتم دمج الزبدة.
كل شيء يشبه الرمل. أضف البيضة المخفوقة في هذه المرحلة.
أعد تشغيله لمجرد دمج البيض المخفوق ولكن ليس أكثر!
توضع العجينة على ورق زبدة.

توضع طبقة تغليف (ميكروويف خاص) على العجينة وتُملأ الكيس بالدقيق. أغلق الحزمة الصغيرة بحيث تملأ كل العجين.
نصيحة صغيرة! لقد لاحظت وجود الكثير من أوراق الخبز الملتوية في الفرن. هذا يخلق مسافة بين اللوحة والدائرة. إذا كنت قد لاحظت بالفعل هذه الظاهرة في المنزل ؛ أسهل طريقة هي وضع الدائرة مع ورق البرشمان في قالب بحافة قابلة للإزالة. لن تتمكن اللوحة التي تحمل الدائرة من الالتواء وسيظل كل شيء مثاليًا!
تخبز في درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة عشرين دقيقة. انزع كيس الدقيق الصغير وخز العجين بالشوكة. اخبزيها مرة أخرى لمدة 15-20 دقيقة.
يجب أن تكون العجينة ذهبية بشكل جيد. خذها كلها وأزلها بعناية. ضع العجينة المطبوخة على رف الخبز.
ضعي الكريما الثقيلة بنسبة 40٪ واللوز الوردي المسحوق في قدر كبيرة.
يخلط ويوضع على نار معتدلة.
سوف يذوب الكريم بسرعة.
يُغلى المزيج ثم يُسخن الكريم إلى 112 درجة مئوية مع التحريك. عند درجة الحرارة هذه ، سيكون للكريم أثناء تبريده ملمس ونعومة مثاليين.
صب الكريما (الأحمر في هذه المرحلة) في قاع المعجنات المطبوخة.
اتركيه ليبرد تمامًا في درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم استمتع به!
