لا يزال هذا الموسم هو الموسم ، لذلك أستفيد منه. بيستو الثوم البري لا يقاوم تمامًا! أضعها في كل مكان ، في المعكرونة والعدس الأحمر والخبز … ألف مرة أخرى بفضل صديقي فلور الذي قطف لي الكثير من الثوم البري. لا ينبغي الخلط بينه وبين زنبق الوادي (تبدو الأوراق متشابهة إلى حد كبير!).
بيستو الثوم البري:
150 جرام ثوم بري
125 جرام زيت زيتون
100 جرام من الصنوبر أو الفواكه المجففة الأخرى (اللوز والبندق وما إلى ذلك)
100 جرام جبن بارميزان
5 جرام ملح
هنا الثوم البري. تحقق بعناية إذا اخترته ، فهو ثوم بري وليس نباتًا غير صالح للاستهلاك!
اغسلي الثوم وجففيه (بما في ذلك الزهور) ثم افرميها بخشونة. ضعي كل شيء في خلاط صغير بزيت الزيتون.
اخلط للحصول على بيوريه جيد.
نحمص الصنوبر في المقلاة ونضيفها إلى الخلاط.
لا تنس الملح.
ننتهي بجبنة البارميزان على شكل قطع صغيرة لتسهيل عمل الخلاط!
نحن نمزج وقد انتهى الأمر بالفعل!
يمكنك الاحتفاظ بها لمدة أسبوع في الثلاجة وتجميدها دون أي مشكلة.
