2 باذنجان
80 جرام جبن بارميزان
80 جرام صنوبر
1 فص ثوم صغير
40 جرام زيت زيتون
ملح فلفل
ضعي حبتين من الباذنجان في ورق ألومنيوم كما هو الحال في حليمة الباذنجان.
ضعيهم على صينية خبز وضعيهم في فرن محمى على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة 45 دقيقة.
اتركها تبرد في الورق قبل الفتح.
انزع القشر ولا تغسل الباذنجان تحت الماء!
سوف يسلب ذوقهم! ضع لب الباذنجان في مصفاة صغيرة للسماح للعصير بالتجفيف قدر الإمكان. في هذه المرحلة كان لدي 300 جرام من اللحم.
اتركيه يصفى لمدة 15 دقيقة ثم ضعي اللحم في الخلاط مع باقي المكونات.
الفلفل حسب الرغبة ولا تفرط في الملح (البارميزان مالح بالفعل!).
امزج للحصول على ملمس وطعم أنعم!
يمكنك إضافة الصنوبر.
قدميها كما هي لتوزيعها على خبز جيد أو استخدم البيستو في المعكرونة.
