ها هي كعكة يونانية مليئة بأشعة الشمس والنكهات! مكوناته الأساسية هي عجين البرتقال والفيلو ، والتي يجب تركها لتجف قبل ساعة من أجل تقليصها إلى قطع. من السهل جدًا صنعه ، ويتميز بقوامه المذهل بفضل معجنات الفيلو والإضافة التقليدية للشراب المليء برائحة البرتقال. من الواضح أنها كعكة غنية إلى حد ما ، لكنها جيدة جدًا ، خاصةً أنها عرضية! لا يسعني إلا أن أوصي بأن تأخذ الوقت الكافي لعصر البرتقال للحصول على عصير طازج ، فالحلوى ستكون أفضل فقط.

1 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
للشراب:
240 جرام سكر
250 مل من الماء
نكهة البرتقال

Les instructions :
قم أولاً بإعداد عجينة الفيلو قبل ساعة واحدة. افصلي كل ورقة عن 300 جرام من العجين وضعيها في الهواء الطلق لتجف.
أفصلهم وسوف يجفون بشكل طبيعي بسرعة كبيرة.
في هذه الأثناء ، ضعي الزيت والسكر واللبن الطبيعي والبيض وعصير البرتقال في وعاء.
أضف نكهة برتقالة كبيرة لطيفة.
عندما تجف العجينة ، قطعيها إلى قطع في وعاء أو مزقيها إذا كان لا يزال هناك أجزاء طرية.

Voici un gâteau grec plein de soleil et de saveurs ! Ses ingrédients principaux sont l’orange et la pâte à filo qu’il faudra mettre à sécher une heure avant, afin de la réduire en morceaux. Très simple à faire, il a une consistance assez incroyable grâce à la pâte à filo et à l’ajout traditionnel de sirop plein de zeste d’orange. Évidemment c’est un gâteau assez riche, mais tellement bon, d’autant plus qu’occasionnel ! Je ne peux que vous recommander de prendre le temps de presser les oranges pour obtenir un jus frais, le dessert n’en sera que meilleur.
