لقد مضى وقت طويل منذ أن اكتشفت هذا التين الرائع المجفف من Baglama المحشو بالكبد في Périgord. أردت حقًا إعدادها مرة أخرى لنفسي ، ولكن أيضًا للمدونة ولمشاركة الوصفة معك. لقد تم ذلك وهي متعة حقيقية! من السهل جدًا القيام بذلك وستكون النتيجة أفضل مع فطائر فوا جرا محلية الصنع!

8 عدد 1 بقلة من التين المجفف
250 جرام كبد فوا شبه مطبوخ محلي الصنع (وصفة هنا أو هناك )
إليك التين Baglama رقم 1 الذي اشتريته من G Detou ، ولكن يمكنك العثور على التين Baglama في متاجر البقالة الشرقية أو على الإنترنت.
تم ربطهم مع الرافية.
قطعي كبد الأوز إلى أجزاء 30 جم لكل منهما.
ضع كل جزء في فيلم مطاطي ، ثم اصنع كرة صغيرة عن طريق دحرجة كل شيء على شكل كرة.
ضعه في الثلاجة حتى يستعيد كبد الأوز قوامه أكثر تماسكًا.
افصل بين التين بقطع الرافية مع ترك طرف على ذيول التين. بخار لمدة 3 دقائق.
نقطع التين من الأسفل ثم نحضر الداخل بخلع جدار اللحم.
أدخل كبد الأوز ، بعد تجريده من فيلم التمدد ، ثم أغلق التين بإحكام حوله.
لف كل تين محشو في غلاف بلاستيكي.
ضعه في الثلاجة حتى يصبح جاهزًا للتقديم ، ويفضل بين عشية وضحاها!
استمتع بالخبز المحمص.

Voici un moment que j'avais découvert ces magnifiques figues séchées Baglama fourrées au foie dans le Périgord. J'avais très envie de les refaire pour moi-même, mais aussi pour le blog et partager la recette avec vous. C'est chose faite et c'est un véritable délice ! C'est assez facile à faire et le résultat sera évidemment encore meilleur avec du foie gras maison !
