باتاكونيس (pataconesse) موز مقلي بطريقة ما (بالارض) ، كولومبيا! لقد حصلت على هذه الوصفة من إحدى صديقاتي المقيمات ، ديانا ، التي أود أن أشكرها على إرشادي كيف أفعل ذلك بطريقة حية ولإعطائي نصائح عائلتها على طول الطريق! الباتاكون لذيذة بمفردها أو تذهب بشكل رائع مع الأطباق الكولومبية! إنه مقرمش ولذيذ !!
وصفة باتاكونز لأربعة أشخاص:
-4 موز أخضر
-2 أو 3 فصوص ثوم
-زيت ، ملح … وهذا كل شيء !!
تعليمات
ها هي الموز الأخضر الذي يجب أن نحصل عليه! بالنسبة لأولئك الجدد على هذا الموز ، لا علاقة له بالموز الأصفر الكلاسيكي! الملمس خشن ولزج بعض الشيء.
قطع نهايات كل موزة وشق سطح القشرة بالطول.
قطع شرائح بعرض 2 سم.
وتوضع القطع في قدر مملوءة بالماء وبضع فصوص من الثوم المهروس (2 أو 3).
في مقلاة كبيرة أو مقلاة (أو حتى مقلاة!) ، سخني كمية جيدة من الزيت. عندما يكون الزيت ساخنًا جدًا ، أضيفي قطع الموز (مرتين أو ثلاث مرات ، حسب الكمية المراد قليها!).
اقلبها من وقت لآخر. سيتحول لون الموز ذو اللون الوردي الباهت إلى اللون الأصفر. دعهم يقلى لمدة 1 دقيقة عندما يكون لديهم هذا اللون.
يترك ليبرد على ورق ماص.
عندما يمكن التعامل مع قطع الموز ، خذ كيسًا بلاستيكيًا (ليس الأكياس التي تصدر ضوضاء ، بل نمط كيس fnac!) وضع قطعة على حافتها في الكيس البلاستيكي. باستخدام لوح التقطيع ، اسحق بقوة.
ثم نحصل على باتاكون مسطح!
استمر بنفس الطريقة لجميع القطع.
يُعاد الزيت إلى النار ويُقلى الباتاكون مرة أخرى لمدة 5 دقائق ، مع التقليب في منتصف عملية الطهي.
ضعيها لتصفيتها عند مخرج حمام الزيت على طبق مبطن بورق ماص.
ملح كما هو الحال مع البطاطا المقلية واستمتع بها عندما تكون ساخنة!شكرا لك ديانا !!!
