إليكم آخر إنجاز لي لتراو جنون! منذ بعض الوقت ، كان Traou Mad قد أحب حقًا تقريري الصغير الذي قدمته عن مصنعهم في بونت أفين (انظر التقريرهنا). لقد طلبوا مني منذ ذلك الحين عمل بعض الوصفات لمدونتهم: http://blog.traoumad.fr/. لذلك كان من دواعي سروري أن أتلقى في المنزل حزمة مليئة بالعجائب!
هذه المرة قمت بإعداد وصفة لك مع ثلاث كعكات حلوة رمزية من Traou Mad ، ثم أضفت قاعدة من الشوكولاتة ، حلوى البرالين المقرمشة و … مربى التوت! زبدة نقية رائعة بتناضح مثالي مع جاليت بونت أفين وتراو ماد وكريب الدانتيل. يقول أحد المتذوقين المعتادين: واحدة من أفضل الحلويات التي تناولتها على الإطلاق!
وصفة لأربعة كعكات “تماما تراو جنون”:
-150 جرام تراو جن من بونت أفين
– 40 جرام زبدة مذابة
-8 فطائر بونت أفين
– مربى التوت
برالين مقرمش:
-120 جرام من معجون البرالين
– 15 جرام شوكولاتة
– 15 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
-20 جرام من الدانتيل الكريب (2 أو 3) من بونت أفين
الشوكولاته القاناش:
– 140 جم كريمة سائلة كاملة
– 190 جرام شوكولاتة بالحليب
اخلطي تراو جنون مع الزبدة المذابة. تقسم العجينة المسحوقة إلى 4 دوائر حلويات 8 سم.
اخبزيها على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية لمدة 10 دقائق. اخرج وأضف ملعقة صغيرة من مربى التوت في كل دائرة. ضعها في الفرن لمدة 10 دقائق ، وسوف ينضج المربى قليلاً. أخرجه واتركه يبرد.
