كنت أتطلع إلى قالب مادلين العملاق هذا من Matfer لفترة من الوقت. لم أكن متأكدًا من مكان العثور عليه وتعثرت عبره. لذا قفزت عليه! هذا هو السبب الرئيسي لهذه الوصفة. والآخر هو أنني أردت إعادة اكتشاف طعم المواد الصناعية. أعلم أنه أمر مخز ، لكني أجد أن المادلين التي يتم شراؤها من المتجر تكون أحيانًا لذيذة جدًا. ومع ذلك فأنا لم أشتريه أبدًا ، وعندما يتم عرضه علي أجده جيدًا جدًا. حاولت هنا تكرار قوام ونكهة إحدى العلامات التجارية المعروفة. للطعم ، أضفت نكهة اللوز المر وهي لذيذة! هذه مادلين العملاقة (أو في نسخة كلاسيكية بالحجم الكامل!) جاهزة للدخول في الفرن في أقل من 5 دقائق وتملأ المنزل برائحة جذابة.
وصفة لمادلين عملاق (قالب مادلين لمشاركة matfer) أو 2 دزينة من مادلين:
175 جرام طحين
2.5 جرام من مسحوق الخبز (قليل جدًا ويعمل جيدًا)
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
140 جرام سكر
100 جرام زيت (بذور لفت للطبخ) أو زبدة مذابة
80 جرام بيضة
25 جرام حليب
10 جرام من نكهة اللوز المر (مرة واحدة سيفعل Vahine !!)
صب الدقيق والخميرة والملح والزيت والسكر في وعاء.
نخلط قليلا ثم نضيف الحليب و 80 جم من البيض.
امزج للحصول على معجون متجانس بدون كتل. أخيرًا صب رائحة اللوز المر واخلطهم جيدًا.
ها هو قالب مادلين العملاق من ماتفر. أقوم بدهنها برذاذ إطلاق القالب أو الزبدة المذابة ، ثم أقوم بدقيقها قليلاً. ولكن يمكنك الاستغناء عنها وجعل مادلين بالحجم الطبيعي.
اخبز لمدة 50 دقيقة على 160 درجة مئوية للمادلين العملاق أو 15 دقيقة للمادلين الصغيرة.
هذا كل شيئ !! اتركه يبرد من 5 إلى 10 دقائق قبل فك القوالب.
