بعد رحلتي الطهوية إلى سيول (انظر هنا ) ، سألني الكثير منكم عن وصفة الفطائر التي نراها في الأسواق. لقد لاحظت على الفور كيف كانوا يفعلون ويمكنك أن ترى بوضوح الصور حيث يوجد العجين جاهز للطهي. هذه فطيرة فول مونج. وصفة بسيطة! هذه الحبة الصغيرة ساحرة بكل بساطة! فقط اتركه ينقع ، اخلطه ثم أضف الماء وما تريد! أقدم لك هنا وصفة أساسية ويمكنك تخيل أي شيء تريده ؛ الكيمتشي والخضروات (جزر ، كوسة …) لحوم … اليوم كريب بصل أخضر بسيط مع القليل من مسحوق الثوم وزيت السمسم المحمص. بدون بيض أو دقيق ، يتم طهي الفطيرة بمفردها بفضل هذه الحبة الصفراء الصغيرة. تم العثور عليه في محلات البقالة مقشر ومجفف بالفعل. الفطيرة لذيذة وطرية في الوسط ومقرمشة من حوافها …
نصيحة برنارد: بالنسبة لمسحوق الثوم ، فإنه ليس مسحوق الثوم بل مسحوق الثوم الذي يمكن العثور عليه بسهولة في متاجر البقالة الآسيوية.
يمكنك إضافة الماء لجعل العجين أكثر سائلة بحيث يمكن أن ينتشر بسهولة تامة. لا خطر من أن العجين لن يأخذ مع الحبة السحرية!
اسكب ما يعادل ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزيت في مقلاة ساخنة جدًا. صب ما يعادل 2 إلى 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الخليط في الزيت الساخن. يذهب السحر العمل بسرعة ! الكريب يغتصب بسرعة كبيرة!
اقلب الفطيرة عندما يبدو الجزء العلوي محترقًا ، ثم اقلب الفطيرة بانتظام لتلوينها أكثر وأكثر (في الصورة لم يتم طهيها بشكل كافٍ بعد).
افعل نفس الشيء مع كل العجين ، مع إضافة القليل من الزيت في كل مرة (ليس بالضرورة خفيفًا جدًا!).
تذوق المذاق ساخناً جداً (لأنه أقل فاتراً على الفور) مع صلصة الصويا أو القليل من الخل الأسود الآسيوي.
