5 حبات طماطم خضراء
1 فلفل أخضر
3 كوسة صغيرة
1/2 خيار
250 جرام بازلاء
1/2 بصلة بيضاء
1 فص ثوم
8 جرام ملح
50 جرام زيت زيتون
30 جرام من خل النبيذ الأبيض
باقة صغيرة من الريحان التايلاندي أو الريحان الكلاسيكي
عدد قليل من أوراق النعناع
500 مل من الماء
فقط الخضار معا تجعلني اريد !!
اغسلهم وقطّعهم إلى قطع.
انزع البذور من الفلفل الأخضر. ضعي الطماطم الخضراء والكوسا والفلفل في الخلاط.
ضربة أولى للخلاط. نضع نصف الخيار.
اخلطي ، ضعي فص ثوم ونصف بصلة بيضاء.
بالنسبة للبازلاء ، اطهيها لمدة 11 دقيقة في الماء المغلي.
ثم اشطفها بالماء البارد حتى تبرد.
قفز في الخلاط.
أضيف النعناع والريحان التايلاندي.
اهرسها جيدًا وصبها في وعاء كبير.
أضف الملح والخل وزيت الزيتون.
صب الماء بالقوام المطلوب ، من جهتي ، ما يقرب من نصف لتر من الماء البارد. بدونها ، الجازباتشو فطيرة جدًا بسبب البازلاء والكوسا.
