نحصل على عجينة شبه سائلة.
على أوراق الخبز المبطنة بورق زبدة ، اصنع أكوامًا بحجم المعكرون. من الأفضل استخدام كيس الأنابيب لهذا الغرض.
يرش السكر البودرة.
يوضع في الفرن ويطهى لمدة 12-13 دقيقة على 190 درجة مئوية أثناء المراقبة. يجب أن تبدأ الأماريتي في التحول إلى اللون البني حول الحواف.
دعها تبرد على رف سلكي وتخزينها في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق.
