اكتشفت هذه الأماريتي في متجر في لندن حيث أذهب من وقت لآخر. لم يكن لدي وصفة ولكن قائمة المكونات فقط. لقد أجريت بعض الاختبارات وفويلا! عملت بشكل جيد جدا. يحتوي على الفستق والهيل وقليل من قشر البرتقال وخلاصة اللوز المر. إنها طرية جدًا وستبقى جيدًا لعدة أيام (أسابيع؟) في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق.
أماريتي فستق هال 12 قطعة:
200 جرام من مسحوق الفستق
100 جرام لوز مطحون
100 غرام من السكر
10 حبات هيل
القليل من نكهة البرتقال
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من مستخلص اللوز المر
50 غ من بياض البيض
ضعي مسحوق الفستق ومسحوق اللوز والسكر في وعاء.
افتح حبات الهال واسحقها في الهاون. يمكنك أيضًا وضع نصف ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الهال.
ضعي القليل من نكهة البرتقال غير المعالجة. أضع سطح البرتقالي تقريبًا على 1×5 سم.
يضاف مستخلص اللوز المر وبياض البيض.
اضبط وزن بياض البيض بحيث تتجمع العجينة في شكل كرة.
تقسم العجينة إلى 12 كرة تزن حوالي 38 غ.
ضعهم في السكر البودرة.
سحقهم برفق ثم بكل الأصابع ما عدا الإصبع الصغير ، اضغط لتمييز العجينة.
تخبز لمدة 12 دقيقة في فرن محمى على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية باستخدام حرارة دوارة.
يرش بغطاء من السكر البودرة عندما يخرج من الفرن ويترك ليبرد.
