يسألني الكثير منكم عن النسخة البرتقالية من كعكة الليمون الشهيرة. لقد غيرت بعض الأشياء لأن عصير البرتقال أحلى. أضفت أيضًا لب فاكهة العاطفة وقشر الليمون. بذور فاكهة العاطفة لا تزعجني ، ولكن إذا أزعجك الجانب المقرمش ، فسيتعين عليك غربلتها لإزالتها. ستحتفظ هذه الكعكة لمدة 10 أيام على الأقل في الثلاجة.
وصفة كعكة مقاس 8×16 سم:
120 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
175 جرام سكر
50 جرام عصير برتقال
50 جرام لب فاكهة العاطفة
نكهة البرتقال العضوي
نكهة الجير العضوي
175 جرام بيضة
160 جرام طحين
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الخبز
تثليج:
25 جرام عصير برتقال
130 جرام سكر بودرة
ها هي مكونات الوصفة. اثنين أو ثلاث فواكه العاطفة تكفي.
اخلطي الزبدة المذابة والسكر.
افتح فاكهة العاطفة.
يضاف عصير البرتقال و 50 جرام من لب فاكهة العاطفة. يمكنك إزالة البذور إذا كنت تخشى الجانب المقرمش من الكعكة.
أضف أيضًا نكهة الليمون والبرتقال.
175 جرام بيضة.
نخلط جيداً ونضيف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر ونخلط مرة أخرى.
العجين جاهز.
حتى ترتفع الكعكة أثناء الانزلاق في القالب دون النفخ كثيرًا ، أضع شريط التمرير. لقد ذكرتها في وصفة Baulois Fondant هنا!
صب الخليط في القالب.
طهي لمدة ساعة على 150 درجة مئوية. نرى أن الكعكة “تنزلق”.
تحقق من الطهي وقم بتكييفه مع فرنك. أزل القالب بينما لا يزال ساخنًا على رف سلكي.
للتزجيج ، اخلطي عصير البرتقال والسكر البودرة. اسكبي فوق الكعكة على الشبكة ، على قطعة من الورق لتلتقط الفائض.
يمكنك إعادة وضعه في الفرن على درجة حرارة 40 درجة مئوية لمدة 35 دقيقة حتى يجف التزجيج جيدًا.
احتفظ بها باردة وانتظر يومًا أو يومين قبل التهامها!
