Muitos de vós pediram-me a versão laranja do meu famoso último bolo de limão. Mudei algumas coisas porque o sumo de laranja é mais doce. Acrescentei também polpa de maracujá e raspa de lima. Não me importo com as sementes de maracujá, mas se a crocância o incomoda, terá de peneirar para as remover. Este bolo irá manter-se durante pelo menos 10 dias no frigorífico.
Receita para um bolo de 8x16cm:
120g de manteiga mole
175g de açúcar
50g de sumo de laranja
50g de polpa de maracujá
o sabor de uma laranja orgânica
o sabor de uma lima orgânica
175g de ovo
160g de farinha
1/2 colher de chá de fermento em pó
Gelo:
25g de sumo de laranja
130g de açúcar de confeiteiro
Aqui estão os ingredientes para a receita. Dois ou três maracujás são suficientes.
Misturar a manteiga derretida com o açúcar.
Abrir o maracujá.
Adicionar o sumo de laranja e os 50g de polpa de maracujá. Pode remover as sementes se tiver medo de um lado estaladiço no bolo.
Acrescentar também a casca de lima e laranja.
Os 175g de ovo.
Misturar bem, adicionar a farinha e o fermento em pó e misturar novamente.
A massa está pronta.
Utilizo o deslizador para fazer o bolo subir quando desliza para dentro da lata sem inchar demasiado. Tinha-o mencionado na receita de Baulois fondant AQUI!
Verter a massa para a frigideira.
Cozer durante 1 hora a 150°C. Pode-se ver que o bolo está a “escorregar”.
Verifique e ajuste o tempo de cozedura ao seu forno. Sair enquanto ainda está quente para uma prateleira.
Para o glacê, misturar o sumo de laranja e o açúcar em pó. Verter sobre o bolo na grelha, cobrindo-o com papel para apanhar o excesso.
Pode voltar a colocá-lo no forno a 40°C durante 35 minutos para secar o esmalte.
Mantenha-o num local fresco e espere um dia ou dois antes de o devorar!
