Muchos de vosotros me habéis pedido la versión de naranja de mi famosa tarta de limón definitiva. He cambiado algunas cosas porque el zumo de naranja es más dulce. También añadí pulpa de maracuyá y ralladura de lima. A mí no me molestan las semillas de la fruta de la pasión, pero si te molesta el crujido, tendrás que tamizarlas para eliminarlas. Este pastel se conservará durante al menos 10 días en la nevera.
Receta para un pastel de 8x16cm:
120 g de mantequilla blanda
175g de azúcar
50 g de zumo de naranja
50 g de pulpa de fruta de la pasión
ralladura de una naranja orgánica
la cáscara de una lima orgánica
175 g de huevo
160g de harina
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
El glaseado:
25g de zumo de naranja
130 g de azúcar glas
Aquí están los ingredientes de la receta. Dos o tres frutas de la pasión son suficientes.
Mezclar la mantequilla derretida con el azúcar.
Abrir la fruta de la pasión.
Añadir el zumo de naranja y los 50 g de pulpa de fruta de la pasión. Puede quitar las semillas si tiene miedo de que el pastel quede crujiente.
Añade también la lima y la piel de naranja.
Los 175g de huevo.
Mezclar bien, añadir la harina y la levadura en polvo y volver a mezclar.
La masa está lista.
Utilizo el deslizador para que el pastel suba cuando se desliza en el molde sin hincharse demasiado. ¡Lo había mencionado en la receta del fondant Baulois AQUÍ!
Vierta la masa en la sartén.
Hornear durante 1 hora a 150°C. Se puede ver que el pastel se está «deslizando».
Compruebe y ajuste el tiempo de cocción a su horno. Sacarlas mientras están calientes y colocarlas sobre una rejilla.
Para el glaseado, mezclar el zumo de naranja y el azúcar glas. Verter sobre el pastel en la parrilla, cubriéndolo con papel para recoger el exceso.
Se puede volver a meter en el horno a 40°C durante 35 minutos para que se seque el glaseado.
Guárdelo en un lugar fresco y espere uno o dos días antes de devorarlo.
