يسألني الكثير منكم عن وصفات خالية من الغلوتين ، لذلك بشكل أساسي بدون دقيق. مع حلول فصل الخريف ، أردت كعكة بسيطة جدًا ، خام وغير مزينة ، مع العسل والبندق ، ولذلك أقدم لكم هذه الوصفة التي لا تحتوي على دقيق. يوجد بالفعل العديد من الوصفات على المدونة ، لذلك أفكر في جعلك علامة تبويب للوصفات الخالية من الغلوتين.
وصفة عجينة البندق بالعسل لقالب 15 سم:

– 95 جرام سكر قصب كامل
– 25 جرام عسل

– 190 غ من مسحوق البندق (أو نصف لوز ونصف بندق)
– 140 جم بيضة
تذوب الزبدة شبه المملحة ثم تخلط مع سكر القصب الكامل والعسل والفانيليا.
أضف البيض وزنه (حوالي 3 بيضات متوسطة).
نخلط جيدا ونضيف مسحوق البندق. يمكنك وضع نصف لوز ونصف بندق ، لأن البندق يمكن أن يكون مقززًا عندما يكونان بمفردهما.

ادهن قالبًا في الجزء السفلي منه ستضع فيه ورق الزبدة. يُسكب المزيج ويُوضع في فرن محمّى على حرارة 155 درجة مئوية لمدة 45 دقيقة تقريبًا. لقد صنعته في قالب 15 سم. إذا كنت ستصنعه في قالب 20 سم ، اضرب جميع المكونات في 1.77.
يجب طهي الكعكة وتحميرها قليلاً على السطح.
قم بفك القالب وتبريده على رف سلكي قبل الاستمتاع بأجزاء صغيرة.
