ولكن ما هي “أرليت” ؟؟ حسنًا ، إنه نوع من التويل المقرمش والكراميل ، المصنوع من عجين الفطير (محلي الصنع هنا) والسكر المثلج وهذا كل شيء! والنتيجة خفيفة ولذيذة بشكل لا يصدق وتتناسب بشكل رائع مع الآيس كريم والشراب. من السهل جدًا صنعها ، “arlettes” تشبه أشجار النخيل ، أكثر نعومة وأكثر كراميل. من الوصفات المفضلة لدي لبساطتها ونتائجه.
وصفة أرليت:
– عجين الفطير محلية الصنع (اضغط على الاسم للذهاب مباشرة إلى الوصفة). يمكن أيضًا استخدام معجنات النفخ غير المنتشرة ذات الجودة الصناعية.

تعليمات
دقيق خفيف على سطح العمل دون فائض. ضع قطعة من عجين الفطير في مربع.
افردي العجينة برفق. إذا كان كل شيء غير صحيح ، فلا يهم على الإطلاق!
دحرج كل شيء في سجق.
ثم نقطع العجينة إلى قطع. كلما كبرت القطع ، كلما كبرت اللوحات!
ضع كومة من السكر البودرة على سطح العمل.
اغمسي قطع العجين في السكر البودرة من الجانبين.
ثم نضع طبقة رقيقة في السكر البودرة. سوف تمتص العجينة السكر الذي يناسبها!
يمكنك أن ترى الفرق في الحجم بين القطع الصغيرة وحجم الأرليت! إذا كنت تريد أرليتس صغيرة ، يجب عليك تقطيع السجق من عجين الفطير بشكل أكثر نعومة.
ضع الشرائح على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة. يمكننا شدّهم لأن العجين ، بدلاً من دهنه ، سيفتح إنكمش.
ضعي في الفرن ما بين 8 و 1 دقيقة حسب قوة الفرن لكل واحد! عليك أن تشاهد أول مرة ثم تطبق الوقت المناسب على اللوحات الأخرى!
يجب أن يتم تخزينها في حاوية محكمة الإغلاق! وإلا ستفقد أرليت قوامها المقرمش!
