Recette du RIZ SAUTÉ AU CURRY, RAISINS ET LÉGUMES :
لـ 4 أشخاص:
500 جرام أرز مطبوخ (أرز بسمتي جيد)
2 بيض
100 جرام من البازلاء (المجمدة جيدة جدًا!)
1/2 بصلة
1 جزرة
3 فصوص ثوم
2 ملاعق صغيرة مسحوق كاري مدراس
50 جرام زبيب

Instructions :
اطبخي الأرز في الليلة السابقة. لهذا أزن ما يقرب من 250 جرامًا من أرز بسمتي. أشطفها بالماء الصافي ثم أضعها في قدر الأرز مع 310 مل من الماء. عندما يتم طهيها ، أسكبها على الفور في طبق لأتركها تبرد ، ثم أقوم بتخزينها في الثلاجة في وعاء محكم الإغلاق. بهذه الطريقة ، تؤتي حبات الأرز تمامًا للطهي الثاني (في المقلاة أو المقلاة).

نخلط جيدا ثم نسكب في الكاري ثم الملح والفلفل حسب الرغبة.
