ابدأ بتقطيع وإزالة الجلد من أفخاذ الدجاج. قطعها إلى قطع صغيرة. كان لدي 750 جرام من الفخذين والجلد والعظام. لذلك هناك القليل المتبقي في النهاية!
قطع الفلفل الأحمر المصنف إلى شرائح رفيعة. يقشر البصل ويقطع إلى شرائح رقيقة.

صب 3 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت في المقلاة. يسخن على نار عالية. اكسر بيضتين بداخله.
يُمزج المزيج بخشونة ثم يُطهى لمدة دقيقة واحدة على جانب واحد.
اقلبها واطهيها ولون الجانب الآخر.
اجلس جانبا. قم بغلي قدر من الماء وقم بطهي المعكرونة لمدة دقيقة واحدة أقل من الإرشادات الموجودة على العبوة.
اشطفه بالماء البارد.
ابشري الثوم والزنجبيل وضعيهما في المقلاة مع ملعقتين إلى ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت.
نضيف الخضار (هنا البازلاء المجمدة) وتسخينها على نار عالية.
يُطهى لمدة 5 دقائق مع التحريك. البصل مؤشر جيد للطهي.
أضف الدجاج.
اطبخي حتى يبدو الدجاج مطبوخًا. صب صلصة الصويا والخل والسكر.
يُطهى على نار عالية لمدة دقيقتين.
أضف المعكرونة المبردة.
عجة مقطعة إلى شرائح.
اخلط جيدا. ملح (ليس كثيرًا بسبب وجود صلصة صويا بالفعل) وفلفل حسب الرغبة. أضيف القليل من زيت السمسم في نهاية الطهي وبذور السمسم.
