البهجة الأولى لتجربتي في الطهي في “Délice de la Casbah” . أود أن أشكر بحرارة فتيحة التي كانت لطيفة بما يكفي لنقل معرفتها ووصفتها اللذيذة إلي. “montecaos” كعكات كبيرة ومتفتتة للغاية وكعك الغريبة. يحتفظون بها لفترة طويلة بسبب عدم وجود البيض أو الزبدة.
وصفة لنحو ستين مونتيكا:
– 500 جرام طحين
-250 جرام زيت
– 160 جم سكر بودرة
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا السائلة
-1/2 كيس خميرة
– 65 جرام لوز مطحون
P يسخن الفرن إلى 190 درجة مئوية.
ضعي اللوز المطحون والسكر البودرة والدقيق في وعاء كبير.
أضف الفانيليا السائلة والبيكنج باودر.
ابدأ في إضافة الزيت بقطر أثناء الخلط.
اعتمادًا على الدقيق واللوز المستخدم ، سيتعين عليك إضافة المزيد أو أقل من الزيت ، وعليك التوقف عن وضعه بمجرد وضع العجين في كومة.
خذ حفنة من المعجون في راحة يدك.
دحرج على شكل كرة بين كلتا يديه.
ثم قم دائمًا بتشكيل بين اليدين ، أنواع “قمم الغزل” كما هو موضح أدناه. واجهت مشكلة صغيرة في البداية في الحصول على هذا الشكل المميز ولكني نجحت أخيرًا في ذلك يرتعد كلتا اليدين ، أي عن طريق دحرجة الكرات بسرعة بين الراحتين المجوفتين (على عكس الأيدي المسطحة).
