لقد قمت بالفعل بنشر عدد لا بأس به من وصفات الجرانولا بأنواعها المختلفة، لكنني أحبها كثيرًا لدرجة أنني أردت إعداد نسخة أخرى منها. يمكنك بالطبع تغيير الفاكهة المجففة حسب رغبتك. تستغرق الوصفة 5 دقائق فقط للتحضير وهي مثالية للإفطار أو وجبة خفيفة!
الجرانولا (لمربع 18 سم) :
150 جرام شوفان
65 غ من السكر الناعم
20 غ من دقيق الذرة
25 بذور عباد الشمس
25 بذور اليقطين
40 جم سلطانة
25 جرام توت بري مجفف
35 جرام ماء
85 جم زبدة شبه مملحة 85 جم
30 جرام عسل
ضع الشوفان الملفوف والسكر ودقيق الذرة في وعاء.
تُضاف الفاكهة المجففة والبذور.
يُسكب الماء والزبدة والعسل في قدر. تُسخن حتى تذوب الزبدة.
تُسكب محتويات الوعاء في القدر وتُسخّن لمدة دقيقة واحدة على نار هادئة مع التحريك.
يُسكب في إطار أو قالب مبطّن بورق أو قالب مقاس 18 سم × 18 سم مبطّن بورق مقاوم للدهون ويُسكب بالتساوي.
يُخبز لمدة 20-25 دقيقة على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية. تكييف عملية الطهي مع الفرن الخاص بك.
تُترك لتبرد قبل تقطيعها إلى قطع وتُحفظ في علبة محكمة الإغلاق.
