يقترب الصيف بسرعة ولا يزال يتعين علينا الاستفادة منه. وماذا يمكن أن يكون صيفيًا أكثر من كيشي مليء بالطماطم الكرزية المليئة بالشمس ؟! مع Sainte Maure والطماطم المجففة المنقوعة في زيت الزيتون ، كل ذلك في عجينة منزلية الصنع مدهونة جيدًا بالزبدة ، ستحصل على كيشي المثالي! مقرمش ، غني ، ذائب.
كيشي لأربعة أشخاص:
عجين :
250 جرام دقيق
125 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
1 بيضة
15 جرام ماء
ميجاني:
300 مل كامل الدسم
3 بيضات
200 جرام من سانت موري دي تورين
150 جرام طماطم مجففة في زيت الزيتون
1 حفنة من الطماطم الكرزية
ملح فلفل
إكليل الجبل ، الزعتر
تحضير العجينة عن طريق وضع الدقيق والزبدة شبه المملحة في قطع في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء.
امزج مع الورقة أو بأطراف أصابعك للحصول على نوع من المزيج الرملي.
أضف البيض والماء.
امزج مرة أخرى للحصول على عجينة متجانسة.
دون انتظار (إلا إذا كان الجو حارًا جدًا!) افرد العجينة بقليل من الدقيق على ورق الزبدة.

قفز في القفاز.
يرش بالأوريجانو وإكليل الجبل.
قطّع القديسة مور (من تورين) إلى قطع ، وأزل القشة!
توجيه القفاز. اخلط جيدا.
تصب في الخليط.
خذ حفنة من الطماطم الكرزية وضعها في كيشي.
مع كل الجبن والطماطم المجففة في القاع ، ستبقى في الأعلى.
تخبز لمدة ساعة عند 180 درجة مئوية.
مرر على رف المعجنات وافتح الإطار بدقة.
اتركيه ليبرد واستمتع بسلطة جيدة. فرحة دافئة أو باردة.
