لا تهتم كثيراً بالصورة، فهي لا تفي قوام هذه الكعكة اللذيذة حقها! لقد لاحظت التفاعل المذهل للزبادي والحليب المكثف المحلى بعصير الليمون في فطيرة الكيليم. أردت أن أرى ما إذا كان رد الفعل سيكون مشابهًا في الكعكة التقليدية وهو كذلك. تتميز الكعكة الدافئة بقوامها الرائع. أنا لست من محبي الحليب المكثف المحلى، لكنه مهم هنا. ضع في اعتبارك أن السكر ليس 100٪ سكر، ولكن أكثر من النصف بقليل. لذلك بالطبع أضع ذلك في الحسبان عند تحديد كمية الحليب المكثف المحلى التي سأضعها في الكعكة! لذا فإن هذه الكعكة أقل حلاوة من كعكة الباوند البسيطة!
170 جرام زبدة شبه مملحة 170 جرام
360 جم حليب مكثف محلى 360 جم
230 جرام بيضة
220 جرام طحين
6 جم بيكنج بايكنج بودر
60 غ من عصير الليمون الحامض
قشر 2 ليمونة حامضة
60 غ من جوز الهند المجفف
تُذوّب الزبدة شبه المملحة في مقلاة ثم يُضاف الحليب المكثف المحلى.
يُخلط ثم يُضاف البيض. أي ما يقرب من 4 بيضات كبيرة مقابل 230 غراماً من البيض.
تخلط بعناية.
أضف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر.
اخلط ثم أضف قشر حبتين من الليمون الحامض غير المعالج.
اخبزيها لمدة 50 دقيقة في فرن مروحة على حرارة 160 درجة مئوية.
فك القالب واستمتع به دافئاً أو على الأقل في درجة حرارة الغرفة! بسكر البودرة أو بدونه.

Ne tenez pas trop compte de la photo qui ne rend pas du tout justice à la consistance de ce délicieux gâteau ! J'avais remarqué la réaction assez incroyable du yaourt et du lait concentré sucré avec le jus de citron dans mon keylime pie. J'ai voulu voir si la réaction serait similaire dans un gâteau plus classique et c'est le cas. Le gâteau encore tiède a une texture vraiment étonnante. Je ne suis pas fan de lait concentré sucré, mais ici il a son importance. Gardez également en tête que ce dernier n'est pas composé de sucre à 100%, mais d'un peu plus de la moitié. J'en tiens donc bien sûr compte pour la quantité du lait concentré sucré dans le gâteau ! On est donc sur un gâteau un peu moins sucré qu'un simple quatre-quarts !
