أستمر مع الكعك ، هذه المرة أعطيك الوصفة لمن لديهم العنب البري ، وهي وصفة كلاسيكية رائعة أخرى! مع شكل الفطر (حتى بيت السنافر!) ، قشرته المقرمشة بفضل إضافة فتات (اختياري!) والتوت ، لن يدوم طويلاً أمام الذواقة!
وصفة لمدة 10 “كعكة بالتوت البري”:
كرسبى كرامبل:
– 35 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
-130 جرام شجر بني
– 45 جرام طحين
خليط الكعك:
-20 جرام من الشحوم الأشقر
– 170 جرام سكر
-180 جرام من الحليب المخمر (حليب الريبوت)
-100 جرام زيت
-1 بيضة
-280 جرام طحين
-1 + 1/2 ملاعق صغيرة من البيكنج بودر
-230 جرام من التوت
سخني الفرن إلى 200 درجة مئوية.
ابدأ بتحضير عجين الفتات ببساطة عن طريق وضع المكونات في وعاء صغير.
واخلطي حتى تمتزج الزبدة بالكامل.
ضعي جميع المكونات الأخرى في وعاء آخر ما عدا الخميرة والتوت …
اخلطي جيدا وأضيفي البيكنج بودر. تخلط مرة أخرى لدمج الخميرة بالكامل.
ثم العنب البري. تخلط في هذا الوقت بعناية حتى لا تتلف العنب البري …
ضع العلب الورقية في قوالب المافن ثم املأ بالعجين إلى أقل من ملليمتر من حافة الورقة.
رشي عجينة الفتات ، دون إضافة الكثير حتى لا تمنع الفطائر من الانتفاخ!
ضعها في الفرن واطبخها لمدة 15-20 دقيقة على الأقل ، مع مراقبة انتهاء الطهي حتى لا تحترق. يجب أن يكون لونها بنيا ذهبيا وقبل كل شيء منتفخ جدا!
أخرج الصينية من الفرن وافصلها عن القالب برفق ، ربما باستخدام سكين للرأس. الكعك.
