خليط الكيك:
125 جرام سكر القصب الكامل
90 جرام سكر ناعم
2 بيض
250 جرام كريمة ثقيلة كاملة
95 جرام زيت لفت
260 جرام طحين
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
1 ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز
170 جرام مكاديميا مكسرات
تحضير فتات الشوفان والتوابل. ضع الدقيق ورقائق الشوفان والسكر والتوابل في وعاء أو في وعاء معالج الطعام.
أضف الزبدة مقطعة إلى قطع.
امزج مع الورقة أو بأطراف أصابعك لدمجها جيدًا.
يجب أن يكون لديك عجينة ناعمة. اجلس جانبا.
