كريم قهوة ناعم ولامع ، مع ثبات مثالي ، ها هي الوصفة الوعد! مع 4 مكونات فقط. لقد قدمت لك وصفة كريمة الشوكولاتة الكريمية وطلب مني الكثير منكم قهوة واحدة. اضطررت لإجراء بعض الاختبارات ، لأنه بدون الشوكولاتة وزبدة الكاكاو التي تعطي قوامًا لطيفًا ، فإن الوصفة لا تعمل بنفس الطريقة. لقد تم ذلك ويمكنك بالطبع تكييفه بدون قهوة ، ولكن بالفانيليا!
وصفة تكفي من 4 إلى 6 أشخاص:
130 جرام سكر
105 جرام نشاء ذرة
12 إلى 14 جرامًا من القهوة القابلة للذوبان (يمكنك تناول القهوة منزوعة الكافيين!)

1000 جرام حليب كامل الدسم
ضع السكر ونشا الذرة والقهوة القابلة للذوبان في وعاء أو حتى مباشرة في قدر كبير. بالنسبة للقهوة ، أخذت 2 جرام من أعواد القهوة القابلة للذوبان. أضع 7 ، لكن يمكنك أن تضع أكثر أو أقل!
امزج ثم اسكب الحليب شيئًا فشيئًا أثناء الخفق.
يُطهى المزيج على نار معتدلة مع الخفق باستمرار.
سوف يثخن الكريم بعد حوالي 10 دقائق. دعها تغلي.
عندما يغلي الكريم ، صبه في وعاء نظيف.
الفيلم ملامس مباشرة لفيلم مقاوم للحرارة.
اتركيه ليبرد في درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم 4 ساعات على الأقل في الثلاجة ، والأفضل بين عشية وضحاها. ثم قم بإزالة الفيلم القابل للتمدد ، فهذا هو المكان الذي يحدث فيه السحر! اخلطي الكريم في خلاط الغمر. سيصبح الكريم ناعمًا ولامعًا.
ضعها في الثلاجة ، ودائمًا مع وجود فيلم مطاطي ملامس لها ، ثم استمتع بها باردة جدًا!
Mettez le sucre, la maïzena et le café soluble dans un récipient ou même directement dans une grande casserole.
Mélangez puis versez le lait petit à petit tout en fouettant.
Mettez à chauffer sur feu modéré toujours en fouettant continuellement.
La crème va épaissir au bout de 10 minutes environ. Portez-la à ébullition.
Quand la crème bout, versez-la dans un récipient propre.
Filmez directement au contact avec un film résistant à la chaleur.
Laissez refroidir à température ambiante puis au moins 4 heures au réfrigérateur, le mieux étant une nuit. Enlevez alors le film étirable, puis c’est là que la magie opère ! Passez la crème au mixeur plongeant. La crème va devenir lisse et bien brillante.
Remettez au frais, toujours avec un film étirable au contact et dégustez-la ensuite bien froide !
