وصفة صغيرة بدون ادعاء وفوق كل شيء صحية للغاية ، لكنها مع ذلك لذيذة. صنعت هذه الفاصوليا في الرباط مع صديقتي توريا بفضل وصفة كنزة. هذه الفاصوليا اللذيذة ستكون مثالية لمرافقة الطبق. عليك فقط أن تتذكر أن تنقعها في اليوم السابق. إنها وصفة بسيطة ، فاصوليا نأكلها كعائلة في المغرب. من الواضح أننا سنجد متغيرات عائلية أو إقليمية. علينا أيضًا أن نقوم بها بطريقة متطابقة تقريبًا في بقية المنطقة المغاربية ، لذا لا تتردد في التعليق على لمساتك الشخصية الصغيرة!

حفنة صغيرة من الكزبرة
حفنة صغيرة من أوراق البقدونس المسطحة
3 أوراق غار
زيت الزيتون
ملح ، فلفل أسود
نقع الفاصوليا البيضاء طوال الليل.
في اليوم التالي ، قم بتصريفها ، وقم بتشغيلها تحت الماء البارد ثم اتركها تجف جيدًا مرة أخرى. اغسل الكزبرة والبقدونس أيضًا.
يقشر البصل الأحمر ويقطع ناعماً.
