100 جرام فول سوداني محمص غير مملح
بضعة أغصان من الكزبرة
الملح والفلفل المطحون
اطبخ الدجاج بزيت الزيتون
في وعاء معالج الطهي مع ” مساعدة التحريك ” و
تحديد ” حساء “.طبخ
لمدة 10 دقائق ثم اسكبي العسل والسمسم. طهي لمدة 5 أخرى
الدقائق. اجلس جانبا.
ضع النصل multiblade ” و ضع
نصف بصلة مقشرة في الوعاء (لا حاجة لتنظيفها ). يضعط
على النبض لتقليله إلى قطع صغيرة. استبدل بـ ” مساعدة التحريك واسكب زيت الزيتون.
إضغط على ” حساء برنامج عند 120 درجة مئوية لمدة 35 دقيقة (إجمالاً).
يُطهى لمدة 5 دقائق ثم يُضاف القمح ومرق الدجاج و
جزر مقشر ومقطع الى قطع صغيرة. اتركها لتتحول وتطبخ من أجل
حوالي 20 دقيقة حتى يمتص القمح المرق. صب
ثم حليب جوز الهند ويطهى مرة أخرى لمدة 5 إلى 10 دقائق. ملح و
الفلفل حسب ذوقك. أعد تسخين الدجاج وقدمي العصيدة
نضع قطع الدجاج بالعسل والقليل من كريمة جوز الهند قليلة
أوراق الفول السوداني والكزبرة. قدميها على الفور.
