Recette des SHIITAKÉS CROUSTILLANTS SAUCE HOISIN pour 4 personnes :
250 جرام شيتاكس
300 جرام طحين
420 جرام ماء
نشا التابيوكا
صلصة:
3 ملاعق كبيرة سكر بني أو سكر بني
2 ملاعق كبيرة صلصة الهويسين
2 ملاعق كبيرة من الخل الأبيض
2 ملاعق كبيرة صلصة الصويا الخفيفة
8 ملاعق كبيرة من الماء
2 ملاعق صغيرة من دقيق الأرز
للطبخ:
2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت
2 فصوص من الثوم
2 سم من الزنجبيل
2 حفنة من الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح
بضعة أغصان من الكزبرة
Instructions :
ابدأ بإزالة ساق فطر شيتاكي. ثم سنتركها كاملة!
اخلطي الدقيق والماء في وعاء ، واسكبي نشا التابيوكا في وعاء آخر. اغمر الشيتاكس في عجينة سائلة ، وصفيها جزئيًا ثم ضعها في النشا.
النشا سيغطي العجينة.
افعل نفس الشيء مع جميع أنواع الفطر. تسخين وعاء من الزيت إلى 180 درجة مئوية. رجي الفطر قليلًا لإزالة النشا الزائد ، ثم اغمره بالزيت الساخن.
يجب أن تكون ملونة جيدًا لتكون مقرمشة جدًا.
يمكنك قليها مرة ثانية لمزيد من الهشاشة.
لتحضير الصلصة: يُسكب الزيت والثوم والزنجبيل في المقلاة (أو القدر). تسخين لتلوين كل شيء.
امزج باقي مكونات الصلصة.
تصب في المقلاة وتطهى مع التحريك.
يجب أن تتكاثف الصلصة وتصبح سميكة.
يُضاف الشيتاكس ويُغطى بالصلصة ويُطهى لمدة دقيقة أو دقيقتين.
أضف الفول السوداني المحمص غير المملح حسب ذوقك. ببساطة اقطعهم بسكين!
قفز في المقلاة.
تخلط مرة أخرى وتقدم على الفور.
كما أضيف الكزبرة المفرومة وأقدمها كلها مع أرز سادة! فرحة!
