هذه المرة أقدم لكم وصفة كعكة الغريبة المالحة بالزعتر وإكليل الجبل. إنها مثالية لمرافقة المقبلات ، مع كأس من النبيذ أو الشمبانيا! ملفات تعريف الارتباط الصغيرة هذه متفتتة وغنية بزيت الزيتون. وصفة بسيطة وبسيطة ، سريعة التحضير وذات مذاق لذيذ! سر نجاحها؟ براعتهم. ستكون بالفعل أفضل بكثير إذا كانت رقيقة ومقرمشة. أستخدم هذه التقنية مع البندقية التي رأيناها في “خبز الحنطة السوداء في بورتسال” .
وصفة كعكة الغريبة الجنوبية (لحوالي ثلاثين كعكة الغريبة):
-180 جرام دقيق – 70 جرام زبدة مملحة – 45 جرام زيت زيتون -1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح -50 جرام جبن بارميزان -1 بيضة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من إكليل الجبل المجفف -1 ملعقة صغيرة زعتر مجفف -زهرة الملح
تعليمات
ضعي البارميزان المبشور والملح والأعشاب والزبدة وزيت الزيتون والبيض في وعاء واخلطيهم جيدًا للحصول على الكريمة.
أضف الدقيق مرة واحدة.
تخلط حتى تصبح العجينة متجانسة ولكن ليس أكثر !!
سخني الفرن على 190 درجة مئوية.
يمكنك عمل الأشكال التي تريدها. لقد استخدمت نفس التقنية المستخدمة في “خبز الحنطة السوداء” بورتسال ، أي أنني وضعت العجين في مسدس البسكويت. تركت كل شيء يرتاح لمدة ساعة قبل تقطيع شرائح العجين بدرجة واحدة. ولكن يمكنك استخدام جميع التقنيات التي تريدها ، كل ما عليك فعله هو صنع كعكة الغريبة الرقيقة إلى حد ما.
نرش الأعشاب المجففة (أضفت إكليل الجبل).
ثم فلور دي سيل. افرد كعكة الغريبة قليلاً بيدك لتضمين الملح والأعشاب في العجين.
طهي لمدة 15 دقيقة على 190 درجة مئوية.
اتركيه ليبرد على رف سلكي ثم استمتع به كفاتح للشهية!
