لبعض الوقت كان لدي شغف حقيقي بالبسكويت الجاف. يذهلني دائمًا أن أرى أنه مع الاختلاف البسيط للسكر / الدقيق / الزبدة بنسب متعددة ، يمكننا الحصول على عدد لا نهائي من الكعك. لذلك أستمتع بتغيير الكميات وإضافة المزيد من العناصر غير المتوقعة. وعندما تكون النتيجة هي ذروة توقعاتي ، أنشرها هنا. صدقني عندما أقول أن هذه البسكويت الصغيرة تشبه تقريبا قشاري بنكهة الشرق الأوسط! لكن من الضروري للغاية عدم نسيان عدم عمل العجين بمجرد إضافة الدقيق مع المخاطرة بامتلاك كعكات صلبة للغاية! باتباع هذه الطريقة سوف تفاجأ حقًا!
وصفة “كعكة الغريبة بالسمسم المشوي”:
– 200 جرام زبدة طرية
-150 جرام سكر بني (سكر بني)
-85 جرام سمسم محمص
– 20 جرام صفار بيض
-2 رشة ملح
– 300 جرام طحين
ضعي جميع المكونات ما عدا الدقيق في وعاء.
اخلطي المكونات للحصول على كريم ناعم.
أضف الدقيق مرة واحدة.
اخلطي كمية كافية لدمج الدقيق ولكن ليس أكثر. شكلي العجينة على شكل كرة وضعيها على ورق الزبدة. افردها قليلاً براحة يدك.
ضع ورقة ثانية من ورق البرشمان وافردها بمسمار عريض بسمك سنتيمتر واحد.
اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 30 دقيقة على الأقل.
يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
يُقطّع البسكويت بالشكل المطلوب بواسطة قاطعة بسكويت أو سكين.
ضع كعكة الغريبة على ورقة خبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة.
اخبزيها لمدة 18 دقيقة مع مشاهدة الفرن. ثم اتركيه ليبرد على ورقة خبز.
