بفضل تناوله بانتظام ، أردت أن أقدم لكم وصفة شوربة العدس الأصفر ، تقدم مع الليمون. طعام شهي بسيط للغاية وفوق كل شيء صحي للغاية. القوام مثالي بدون قشدة ، بفضل العدس. في أقل من ثلاثين دقيقة يكون الحساء جاهزًا للتذوق. تم العثور على هذا الحساء في جزء من حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط ، في لبنان وتركيا ، إلخ. مع الكركم والكمون المحمص الطازج ، لا يقاوم!
وصفة لأربعة أشخاص:
1 بصلة كبيرة
3 فصوص ثوم
4 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
450 جرام عدس أصفر
2 لتر ماء
1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكركم
1 ملعقة كبيرة من بذور الكمون
ملح فلفل
نقطع البصل إلى قطع بعد تقشيره.
يُسكب زيت الزيتون في قدر كبيرة على نار متوسطة.
أضف الثوم المقشر والمهروس إلى عصارة الثوم.
اتركيه ليطهى برفق لمدة 3-4 دقائق ثم اسكبي الكركم.
نحمص بذور الكمون في المقلاة. يجب أن بني قليلا.
ثم قم بسحقها في ملاط لتحويلها إلى مسحوق.
صب البصل.
ها هو العدس الأصفر. إذا لم تجد أيًا منها ، يمكنك ارتداء عدسات مرجانية أو عدسات أشقر.
صبهم في المقلاة.
يُطهى لمدة دقيقتين ثم يُسكب في الماء.
اغلي الماء. اخفض الحرارة إذا لزم الأمر واتركه على نار خفيفة لمدة 20 دقيقة. باستخدام الخلاط الغاطس ، اخلطي الحساء جيدًا.
ضع الملح والفلفل حسب ذوقك.
قدميها ساخنة مع الخبز والليمون. يمكنك إضافة الماء لتحقيق تناسق أكثر سلاسة إذا كنت ترغب في ذلك!
