إنه شراب لذيذ حقًا ، خاصةً عندما يصنع من المشمش الموسمي الطازج. هذه المرة أقدم لكم وصفة لونوتر من كتاب العبادة “اصنعوا الآيس كريم والحلويات مثل لونوتر”. لقد تلقيت هذا الكتاب منذ أن كنت طفلاً وكان دائمًا يسحرني! هذه الوصفة بسيطة للغاية (مثل معظم المشروبات الغازية) ولا تتطلب أي منتج من عالم آخر (مثل تريمولين ، جلوكوز ذرات ، سوبر نيوتروز …).
وصفة لتر من شربات المشمش:
-550 جرام إلى 600 جرام من المشمش الطازج – 300 مل سكر قصب سائل
ضع حبات المشمش في قدر.
أضف سكر القصب السائل.
يُترك ليُسلق (يُطهى بدون غليان) لمدة عشر دقائق.
ضعي محتويات المقلاة في الخلاط واخلطيها.
تُسكب مرة أخرى في القدر وتترك لتبرد تمامًا.
عندما يكون بيوريه المشمش في درجة حرارة الغرفة ، ضعي الآيس كريم أو صانع الآيس كريم.
ضعيها في مرطبان واتركيها في الفريزر لمدة ساعتين على الأقل قبل التقديم. إذا احتفظت بالسوربيه لفترة أطول ، أخرجه 15 دقيقة على الأقل قبل التهامه!
