لقد كنت أبحث عن وصفة كعكات كما يمكنك أن تجدها بعض المقاهي … لذلك قمت بإعداد وتعديل هذه الوصفة الخاصة بالكعكات التي لا تشبه الكعكات الإنجليزية ولكن الأمريكية. مصنوعة من الشوفان الملفوف والنخالة وشراب القيقب والجوز ، هذه الوصفة مثالية لتناول الشاي أو الإفطار!
وصفة “شراب القيقب وكعكات البقان”:
-180 جرام دقيق
– 100 جرام شوفان
-40 جرام نخالة الشوفان
-1 بيضة
– 35 جرام زبدة
-120 جم كريمة ثقيلة
– 45 جرام شراب القيقب
– 40 جرام سكر
-1 + 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من خلاصة الشراب القيقب (اختياري لأنه يصعب العثور عليه …)
– 90 جرام جوز البقان
للتزيين:
– 140 جرام سكر بودرة
-1 ملعقة كبيرة من شراب القيقب
-1 ملعقة صغيرة من خلاصة شراب القيقب
-4 بيكان
فيما يلي بعض المكونات اللازمة لهذه الوصفة. أصعب العثور عليه هو مستخلص القيقب ، لكن يمكنك الاستغناء عنه لأنني أعتقد أنه من الصعب جدًا العثور عليه في فرنسا.
سخني الفرن إلى 220 درجة مئوية.
أضف جميع المكونات ما عدا البقان ، في وعاء الخلط.
اخلطي جيدًا حتى تمتزج الزبدة تمامًا. أضف جوز البقان وأعد تشغيل الخلاط لمجرد دمجهم.
شكلي العجينة على شكل كرة وضعيها على ورق الزبدة.
افرد العجينة باليد ، مع الحفاظ على الشكل الدائري وسمك معين.
نقطع العجينة إلى 8 أجزاء متساوية.
اخبز لمدة 10 دقائق …
قطعي القطع مرة أخرى وافصليها وأعيديها للفرن لمدة 5 إلى 7 دقائق.
اتركيه ليبرد تمامًا على رف سلكي فوق ورق الخبز.
أثناء تبريد السكونز ، حضري الزينة. ضعي السكر البودرة وشراب القيقب ومستخلص شراب القيقب في وعاء.
أضيفي ملعقة كبيرة من الماء واخلطي جيدًا.
تُسكب ملعقة كبيرة من هذا الزينة فوق كل كعكة.
ضعي نصف حبة جوز جوز البقان على كل قطعة سكون واتركيه على شكل “قشرة” لمدة 20 دقيقة على الأقل.
