-2 شرائح لحم خنزير سيرانو
ابدأ في اتجاه التيار بطهي البيض المسلوق (10 دقائق في الماء المغلي).
اختر الطماطم الجميلة للوصفة!
اغسل الطماطم وانزع القاعدة.
ضع الطماطم (بقشرتها ، نعم نعم!) في الخلاط. أضف الخل.
زيت الزيتون.
اخلطي وأضيفي الخبز المنقوع في القليل من الماء واعصريه.
اخفق مرة أخرى حتى تحصل على شوربة سميكة. ملح. عليك أن تتذوق وتضبط التوابل. يمكنك أيضًا إضافة الثوم أو الخل ، لكن هذا أيضًا و فوق الكل الاتساق مهم. هذا الحساء سميك حقا.
قطع لحم الخنزير إلى قطع صغيرة.
وكذلك البيض المسلوق.
يُسكب الحساء في الأوعية ويُرش بالبيض المسلوق ولحم الخنزير.
