هذا لحم الخنزير عبق بشكل خاص. هذه هي وصفة لحم الخنزير المشوي الصيني. للتجربة في الأيام المشمسة على الشواء أو في الفرن. أعطيك هذه الوصفة التي كنت أبحث عنها منذ فترة طويلة !! يمكنك استخدام وصفة الصلصة فقط لتلميع لحم الخنزير. في هذه الوصفة ، أعطيك نسخة من Char Siu Pork Bites! صلصة شار سيو

– 40 جرام من صلصة Hoisin (تُنطق “Oie zine” للبيع في Tang frères)
قم بتقطيع الخاصرة إلى قطع كما في الصورة أو إلى قطع كبيرة جدًا إذا كنت ترغب في الطهي على الشواية.
للدفع 2/3 من صلصة شار سيو ويضاف الغلوتامات وصودا الخبز والزيت وفصوص الثوم سحقت. اتركيه منقوعًا طوال الليل ، إذا أمكن في مكان بارد.
