منذ أكثر من 7 سنوات ، قدمت لكم الحمص التقليدي (الوصفة هنا ). هذه المرة أقوم ببعض التغيير ، لأنني أتناول الحمص كل أسبوع تقريبًا في المنزل. مع الفلفل الأحمر ، الباربيكا ، الفلفل الحار وقليل من العسل ، هذا الحمص هو متعة يغيره قليلاً ويجلب اللون إلى المائدة. جاهز في غضون بضع دقائق ، وسوف تستمتع به مع الخبز المحمص.
وصفة تكفي من 4 إلى 6 أشخاص:
500 جرام حمص معلب ، مصفى
150 جرام فلفل أحمر مقشر ومحمص

1 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل حار
ضع الحمص والفلفل في وعاء الخلاط. هذه المرة كسرت التقليد وأضع كل شيء في الخلاط ، لأنه بهذه الطريقة يصبح الحمص جاهزًا في 3 دقائق … ملاحظة من برنارد: بالنسبة لهذه الوصفة السريعة ، أستخدم الحمص المعلب أو المجروش. يمكنك أيضًا العثور بسهولة على الفلفل المشوي في مرطبان. سيكون مناسبًا تمامًا هنا.
نضيف الطحينة والثوم وزيت الزيتون وعصير الليمون والعسل.
امزج حتى تحصل على كريم ناعم. أضف الفلفل الحلو.

امزج مرة أخيرة.
يُسكب الحمص بالفلفل الأحمر في أوعية ، ثم يُرش بزيت الزيتون ويُرش القليل من البابريكا.
