حتى لو استقر البرد في منزلنا الآن ، فقد سقط رسميًا !! وما أحبه خلال هذا الموسم هو أن أتمكن من قضم الكستناء المحمص أو صنع الكعك منها. لذا فهذه فرصة بالنسبة لي لإعداد وصفة الكستناء بدون دقيق وخالية من الغلوتين. هذه الكعكة مقرمشة بشكل لذيذ على السطح (بفضل الكستناء نفسها) وناعمة جدًا ورائحة من الداخل (بفضل اللوز المطحون والفانيليا والزبدة الطازجة الجيدة وقليل من الكونياك). تعال وجرب هذه الوصفة السريعة والسهلة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، تبقى هذه الكعك جيدًا (أكثر من أسبوعين).
وصفة فندان الكستناء:

لهذه الوصفة ، يسعدني استخدام الكستناء النيئة من Picard. هم مثاليون! فقط دعهم يذوبون. خلاف ذلك ، فإن الوصفة تعمل بالطبع مع الكستناء الطازجة.
استخدم مطحنة اللحم أو الخلاط لطحن الكستناء إلى مهروس ناعم.
