منذ بعض الوقت ، أحب Traou Mad حقًا تقريري الصغير الذي قدمته عن مصنعهم في بونت أفين (انظر التقرير هنا ). لقد طلبوا مني منذ ذلك الحين عمل بعض الوصفات لمدونتهم: http://blog.traoumad.fr/ . لذلك كان من دواعي سروري أن أتلقى في المنزل حزمة مليئة بالعجائب! الوصفة الأولى التي طلبوها مني يجب أن تكون تحت عنوان عيد الحب. أقدم لكم اليوم وصفتي حيث كنت أتجنب الشوكولاتة بدقة (القلب بالفعل “مبتذلة” جدًا ، لذا مع الشوكولاتة ، أصبح الأمر أكثر من اللازم!). وهي عبارة عن مرقة مجنونة مع الفستق الحلبي ، وكلها مغطاة بتوت العليق. بالنسبة للصورة ، أضع توت العليق الطازج ، لذا قبل الصراخ في أذني أنه ليس الموسم ، أذكرك أن هناك توتًا مجمدًا! عشاق عيد حب سعيد!
ملاحظة صغيرة للنسب: لقد صنعت هذه الوصفة بقلب صغير نوعًا ما. يمكن أن يتم ذلك في دائرة قطرها 18 سم. ولكن قد يكون هناك القليل من البلاكوتا المتبقي. فقط ضعه في جرة صغيرة!
ضع العجينة في أسفل دائرة بالزبدة أو أي شكل آخر مختار ، توضع الدائرة على صفيحة خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة ( هذا ليس هو الحال في الصورة )! أنت في الأساس تحتاج إلى أقل من سنتيمتر من العجين.
سحق بظهر الملعقة.
اخبز لمدة 10-15 دقيقة عند 170 درجة مئوية ، مشاهدة. ستصبح العجينة مقرمشة مرة أخرى وستتخلص الزبدة من الجوانب. كل ما تبقى هو مقرمش تراو مجنون بعد التبريد.
تحضير باناكوتا الفستق. نضع السكر ومعجون الفستق في قدر.
أضيفي القليل من الكريمة واخلطي جيداً لتذويب معجون الفستق.
ضعيها على نار خفيفة واتركيها تغلي برفق. في غضون ذلك ، انقع رقائق الجيلاتين في ماء بارد.
عندما يغلي الكريم ، أضيفي صفائح الجيلاتين المنقوعة والمضغوطة واحدة تلو الأخرى (1 + 1/2) واخلطي جيدًا.
يُسكب الباناكوتا فوق العجينة المخبوزة المبردة.
اتركيه ليبرد لمدة 4 ساعات على الأقل في الثلاجة (أو أفضل ، بين عشية وضحاها).
في اليوم التالي ، قم بإزالة الدائرة عن طريق تسخين الحافة الخارجية بالكامل بمجفف شعر.
ارفع الدائرة برفق.
تزين بتوت العليق الطازج أو المجمد.
أخيرًا يرش بالسكر البودرة. رشي السطح بقليل من جاليت Pont-Aven المكسورة وقليل من عجينة الفستق (إذا كانت “محلية الصنع” ، لأن المنتج الذي اشتريته من المتجر يكون سائلًا أكثر!).
