ممول بنكهة لذيذة بالفانيليا واللوز المطحون ، مغطى بالبندق المحمص. أعيد النظر في الكلاسيكية من أجل متعة أعظم! سيكون هؤلاء الممولين مثاليين في مرافقة إلى شربات ، أو سلطة فواكه.
وصفة لممولي البندق:
-155 جرام سكر بودرة
– 100 غ من مسحوق اللوز
-25 جرام طحين
– 105 غ من بياض البيض
– 1 حبة فانيليا
-150 جرام زبدة غير مملحة
– 200 جرام بندق مقشر
ضعي اللوز المطحون والدقيق والسكر البودرة في وعاء.
تخلط جيدا وتنخل إذا لزم الأمر.
أضف 105 جم من بياض البيض.
افتح جراب الفانيليا واكشط الجزء الداخلي بإبهامك.
نضيف الفانيلين ويخلط جيدا.
ضعي الزبدة في قدر صغيرة.
يُغلى المزيج على نار معتدلة. سوف الزبدة رغوة.
عندما تتلاشى الزبدة وتبدأ في شم رائحة الجوز ، أضفها عن طريق ترشيحها في العجين.
تخلط على الفور.
ضع البندق على ورقة.
اضربهم بالجانب السفلي للقدر. نريد فقط تفتيتها ، وليس طحنها إلى مسحوق.
نضع العجينة في قوالب مالية (أو في شكل آخر!).
يرش بالبندق المسحوق.
توضع في الفرن لمدة 15-20 دقيقة عند 180 درجة مئوية.
