وصفة لوز اللوز:
– عدة صفائح من الطوب (حسب الحجم المطلوب)
-250 جرام لوز مقشر
– 125 جرام سكر
-1/4 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة
– 15 جرام زبدة
– زبدة مذابة لفرشاة الأوراق
– زيت القلي
– بيضة مخفوقة للالتصاق
– عسل (ربما مزين بزهر البرتقال)
بالنسبة لهذه الوصفة ، يمكنك ، إذا كنت ترغب (وهو ما أجده مؤسفًا) تحميص اللوز بدلاً من قليه. قد يبدو من المفاجئ بعض الشيء بالنسبة لنا أن نقلي اللوز ومع ذلك فهو لذيذ وشائع جدًا في المغرب العربي.
سخني الزيت في قدر على نار متوسطة. تحتاج إلى القليل من الزيت لتغطية اللوز.
أضف اللوز بدون قشرته.
إذا كان يفتقر إلى الزيت ، أضيفي القليل منه لتغطيته واطهيه.
سوف يسخن الزيت جيدًا وسيبدأ اللوز في القلي.
يستغرق الأمر بعض الوقت وعليك التقليب بانتظام لتجنب حرق اللوز. عندما يصبح لونها بنيا ذهبيا ، استنزفها.
ثم اتركيه ليبرد على ورق ماص.
اخلطيها لتقليلها إلى مسحوق خشن ، أضيفي السكر.
نصيحة من برنارد: يمكنك وضع القليل من اللوز (30 جم) جانباً للزينة النهائية.

قطع حواف ورق المعجنات. هنا يمكننا أن نرى بوضوح الشكل المعطى لهم. ادهني الأوراق بالزبدة المذابة. ضع ورقة واحدة بالقرب من الأخرى. يمكنك وضع ثلاثة إذا كان لديك مساحة في المنزل.
شكل واحدة بقطر من 1 إلى 1.5 سم مع حشوة اللوز. ضع صفائح من الطوب في القاعدة.
لف النقانق بالرقائق.
ادهنهم بقليل من البيض المخفوق في الجزء العلوي من الأوراق للصق الكل حتى إغلاق البودينغ.
لف النقانق على نفسها. ثم دهنها بالزبدة المذابة.
يمكنك إما عمل العديد من اللافتات أو تكبير الأول من خلال الاستمرار في حشو ورق المعجنات. يكفي بعد ذلك الانضمام إلى النقانق الكبيرة عن طريق دفع النقانق الأولى قليلاً إلى الثانية ، ثم مواصلة السيربنتين.
تُخبز في درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية لمدة عشرين دقيقة أو حتى يصبح لونها بنياً ذهبياً. عليك أن تشاهد!
رشي العسل الدافئ خارج الفرن مباشرة. ليس عليك وضع طن! فقط بضع ملاعق كبيرة.
