– 700 جرام لحم بقري مفروم بنسبة 15٪ دهون قليلة -2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت -2 بصل -7 فصوص ثوم -1 فلفل أحمر -1 فلفل أخضر -2 طماطم طازجة مقشرة ومزروعة – 700 جرام طماطم مقشرة معلبة -750 جرام فاصوليا حمراء (مطبوخة بالفعل) -2 ملاعق طعام من مسحوق الكمون -2 ملاعق صغيرة من مسحوق القرفة -1 ملعقة صغيرة من خلطة “4 بهارات” -2 ملاعق صغيرة من الزعتر -1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار -1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح -فلفل
ابدأ بفرم فصوص الثوم جيدًا.
حمريهم بالزيت على نار متوسطة.
تحضير اللحم المفروم والمكونات الأخرى.
أضف اللحم إلى الثوم الذي بدأ للتو في التحول إلى اللون البني.
نقطع البصل ناعما.

أضف كل البهارات.
توابل المجففة.
يترك لمدة ساعة ، لا يزال على نار معتدلة ، خلط بشكل منتظم.
ثم تضاف الفول المصفاة.
أنا الفاصوليا المعلبة. إنها عملية للغاية ومثالية لهذا الطبق. أضع 3 علب 450 جم (الوزن الصافي المصفى 250 جم).
نصيحة من برنارد: قمت بتصريف علبتين وأضفت العصير من واحدة. يعطي هذا العصير لونًا وقوامًا لطيفًا للغاية.
اخلطي جيدًا واطبخي لأطول فترة ممكنة على نار خفيفة. كلما طالت مدة غليان هذا الطبق ، كان ذلك أفضل.
