شربات معطرة بشكل لا يصدق خاصة عندما تصنع من الفراولة الممتازة. المفضلة؟ تلك من Plougastel! مع اللوز ، إنها بالنسبة لي واحدة من أفضل الحلويات على الإطلاق! أقدم لكم هنا أبسط وصفة ، دون إضافة تريمولين أو مثبتات شربات أخرى.
وصفة لـ 1 لتر من “شربات الفراولة”:
-400 جرام فراولة مقشرة
– 300 مل من سكر القصب السائل (أو شراب عند 30 درجة مئوية ، انظر الوصفة أدناه)
– عصير نصف ليمونة
لشراب 30 ° Baumé:
(كمية كافية لوصفتين على الأقل):
675 جرام سكر
500 جرام من الماء
25 جرام شراب جلوكوز
نضع الماء والسكر حتى يغليان ، ثم نضيف شراب الجلوكوز ، ونتركه حتى يغلي مرة أخرى ، ثم نرفع عن النار ونتركه ليبرد.
ضعي جميع المكونات في الخلاط.
امزج لمدة دقيقة. انه جاهز!!
ضع التوربينات صانع الآيس كريم أو أي جهاز آخر شربات.
عندما تتوقف الآلة ، اسكب السوربيه في مرطبان واحفظه في الفريزر.
نصيحة من برنارد: للحصول على شربات ذات تناسق مثالي ، بدون تريمولين ، أقوم بإعداد شرباتي قبل 3 ساعات من الوقت المحدد للحلوى. ثم أقوم بتخزينها في الفريزر وفي اللحظة الأخيرة أخدمها. يبقى سلسًا قدر الإمكان! إذا كان السوربيه مصنوعًا مسبقًا ، أخرجه قبل التذوق بـ 30 دقيقة على الأقل.
