لا تحكم على الوصفة بناءً على مظهرها واذهب لترى خطوة بخطوة ، لأن رؤيتها على هذا النحو تبدو وكأنها جلوبيبولغا! هذا الطبق في الواقع جيد ومتوازن. في منتصف الطريق بين العصيدة والريزوتو ، يتم طهيها بسهولة لأن السائل يُسكب فيها مرة واحدة. كل شيء جاهز في 20 دقيقة. غالبًا ما أصنعها في المنزل ولأنني لم أعد أستهلك الكثير من اللحوم ، فإن الوصفة مثالية وسهلة التحضير ويمكن أيضًا تناولها بالملعقة!
وصفة لثلاثة أرباع أشخاص:
50 جرام من الحنطة السوداء
130 جرام كينوا
3 كراث صغير
3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون
525 مل مرق خضروات
1 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق كاري
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بابريكا
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار
ملح عشبي (أو ملح عادي)
200 جرام ادامامي (من محلات البقالة الآسيوية ، أو استبدلها بالبازلاء)
20 جرام بذور عباد الشمس
بضعة أغصان من الكزبرة
سنقوم بطهي الكينوا والحنطة السوداء معًا. عليك فقط شطفها في منخل صغير.
نقطع الكراث إلى قطع صغيرة.
على نار خفيفة ، يُسكب زيت الزيتون والكراث.
يُطهى مع التحريك من حين لآخر حتى يصبح الكراث بنياً قليلاً.
ثم أضف الكينوا / الحنطة السوداء.
صب كل مرق الخضار.
تضاف البهارات: كاري ، بابريكا ، فلفل حار.
جلب ليغلي منخفض. بعد 9 دقائق من الطهي ، أضيفي الإدامامي . يمكنك استبدال البازلاء على سبيل المثال!
