-6 بيضات

تحضير جميع المكونات …
قشر البطاطس.
نقطعها إلى شرائح رفيعة.
يمكنك بالطبع استخدام مندولين ، لكن هذا عدد كبير من الأطباق لثلاث حبات بطاطس!
في مقلاة قطرها 20 سم ، ضعي 25 سنتيلتر من زيت الزيتون (نعم إنه كثير لكن فقط لطهي البطاطس ونصف البصل). يسخن على نار معتدلة إلى منخفضة. أضف فصوص الثوم.
عندما يبدأ الثوم في الغليان ، أضيفي البطاطس.
يُطهى على نار خفيفة لطهي البطاطس ولكن دون تحميرها. اتركي الطهي لمدة 5 إلى 10 دقائق.
نقطع نصف بصلة ناعما.
ثم أضفه إلى البطاطس.
اطبخي مرة أخرى (لا يزال على نار خفيفة).
ضعي البيض في وعاء كبير.
اخفقيها بشوكة ثم ملحها.
عندما تنضج البطاطس (يكون اللحم طريًا ولكن ليس بنيًا) ، قم بإزالتها باستخدام أ مقشدة ، استنزاف جيدا …
لا تنس إزالة فصوص الثوم!
ثم نضيفهم إلى البيض المخفوق.
تخلط جيدا لأن البيض يذهب جدا بعض الشيء تطهى مع حرارة البطاطس.
أخرجي الزيت من المقلاة واتركي كمية صغيرة (ملعقة أو ملعقتين). اتركيه للتسخين على نار معتدلة.
صب الخليط في المقلاة.
ابدأ بالخلط مثل البيض المخفوق بملعقة خشبية.
اطبخ بغطاء. قلبي التورتيلا من الداخل من وقت لآخر ، واتركي الحواف تنضج. عندما يبدأ اللون الخارجي في التحول إلى اللون البني ، ضع طبقًا أو طبقًا مسطحًا (!!) على المقلاة.
اقلب المقلاة.
ثم انقل التورتيلا بحذر إلى المقلاة.
قم بطهي الجانب الآخر ، وقم بطي الحافة أسفل التورتيلا.
