بدأ الخريف محسوسًا ، أقدم لك وصفة تحتوي على الكثير من المكونات اللذيذة التي تستحضر هذا الموسم الجميل. التفاح والكمثرى وشوكولاتة الحليب والبرالين والبندق ، كل هذا تحت عجينة البندق المقرمشة. أنا مقتنع أن هذا الانهيار سوف يريحك بشكل أفضل! على أي حال ، أنا أحب العودة إلى المنزل عندما يكون الجو باردًا ، وأقوم بالدفء مع شريحة لطيفة من الحلوى تخرج من الفرن!
وصفة لتفتت بحجم 30 × 23 سم:
4 تفاح
4 كمثرى
30 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
100 غ حلوى البرالين مع 70٪ فواكه مجففة
85 جرام شوكولاتة بالحليب
70 جرام بندق محمص
لتحضير العجينة:
190 جرام سكر بني
210 جرام طحين
120 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
90 جرام من مسحوق البندق المحمص
ابدأ بتقشير وتقطيع التفاح والكمثرى.
ضعي في مقلاة كبيرة مع 30 جرام من الزبدة.
يُطهى لمدة 20 دقيقة على نار خفيفة مع التحريك من حين لآخر. ضع غطاء على أول 15 دقيقة. قم بإزالته في النهاية حتى يتبخر العصير.
تصب في الطبق. لدي هنا طبق بحجم 30 × 23 سم.
أضف حلوى البرالين.
نقطع شوكولاتة الحليب إلى قطع.
نضع البرالين ثم ننتهي بالبندق المحمص المسحوق.
اصنع العجينة بوضع جميع المكونات في وعاء.
امزج باليد (أو في روبوت) للحصول على عجينة يمكن أن تتكتل معًا.
ضعي العجينة في يديك ثم اكسريها في الوعاء.
اخبزيها لمدة 35-40 دقيقة على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية على نار دوارة ، حتى يصبح لون الفتات بنياً ذهبياً.
استمتع بالدفء أو في درجة حرارة الغرفة.

L'automne commençant à se faire ressentir, je vous propose une recette qui intègre plein d'ingrédients délicieux évoquant cette belle saison. Des pommes, des poires, du chocolat au lait, du praliné et des noisettes, tout cela sous une pâte croustillante aux noisettes. Je suis persuadé que ce crumble va vous réconforter au mieux ! Moi en tout cas, j'adore rentrer chez moi quand il fait frais, et me réchauffer avec une belle part de dessert sortant du four !
Commencez par éplucher et couper en morceaux les pommes et les poires.
Mettez dans grande poêle avec les 30g de beurre. Mettez à cuire 20 minutes sur feu doux en remuant de temps en temps. Mettez un couvercle sur les 15 premières minutes. Enlevez-le à la fin pour que le jus s’évapore.
Versez dans le plat. J’ai ici un plat d’environ 30 sur 23cm.
Ajoutez le praliné. Coupez le chocolat au lait en morceaux. Mettez sur le praliné puis terminez avec les noisettes grillées concassées.
Faites la pâte en mettant tous les ingrédients dans un récipient.
Mélangez à la main ( ou au robot) pour avoir une pâte qui peut s’agglomérer.
Pressez la pâte dans vos mains puis brisez-la dans le récipient. Faites cuire 35-40 minutes à 170°C sur chaleur tournante, jusqu’à ce que le crumble soit bien doré.
