ذهبت مؤخرًا إلى بولونيا وتذوقت حلوى أماريتي هناك التي استمتعت بها حقًا. إنه يشبه إلى حد ما كاسترد البيض ، ولكن مع المزيد من الأماريتي المسحوق ، أماريتو ليكيور وهنا عدد قليل من رقائق الشوكولاتة الداكنة. نكهة حقيقية كثيفة وذابة في نفس الوقت ، خاصة عندما تتذوق مثلجة. وصفة أصلية جدا أقترحها عليكم اليوم!
للحصول على قالب كعك بطول 25 سم:
للكراميل
80 جرام سكر
لتحضير الحلوى:
190 جرام أماريتي
60 جرام سكر بودرة
3 بيضات
2 صفار بيض
150 مل حليب كامل الدسم
350 مل كامل الدسم
ملعقتان من مشروب ليكيور “أماريتو” مع اللوز المر
80 جرام رقائق شوكولاتة داكنة صغيرة
ابدأ بتحضير الكراميل الجاف. صب ملعقة كبيرة من السكر في قدر على نار متوسطة. عندما يذوب السكر ، أضف القليل من السكر ورج المقلاة لتوزيعه.
عندما يكون كل شيء ملونًا بشكل جيد ، أضف ملعقة أخرى من السكر للكراميل تدريجيًا.
عندما يذوب كل السكر ويصبح كراميل ، يُسكب في القالب.
باستخدام القفازات ، وزعي الكراميل في القالب عن طريق الصعود قليلاً وإزالة الفائض إذا لزم الأمر في المقلاة.
ضعي الأماريتي في الخلاط لتقليلها إلى مسحوق.
في وعاء ، ضعي البيض الثلاثة والصفار والسكر البودرة.
اخفقي جيدًا ثم أضيفي مسحوق الأماريتي.
امزج ثم اسكب الحليب والقشدة.
ناهيك عن أماريتو ليكيور!
تصب في القالب.
ضعي القالب في طبق للخبز ورشي برقائق الشوكولاتة الداكنة. البعض سوف يطفو والبعض الآخر سيسقط! املأ الطبق بالأسفل بالماء المغلي ، وبهذه الطريقة سيطهى البودينغ في حمام ماري!
اخبزيها لمدة ساعة على حرارة 170 درجة مئوية على نار دوارة.
اتركيه ليبرد حتى يصل إلى درجة حرارة الغرفة ثم ضعيه في الثلاجة لمدة 4 ساعات على الأقل. ضع القالب في حمام من الماء الساخن ، ثم مرر سكينًا برفق حول حافة البودنج ثم انزع القالب في طبق.
