تعليمات :
لقد استمتعت باختيار المكونات في سوقي. رمان جميل ، كوسة بيضاء صغيرة جدًا ولذيذة ، طماطم برتقالية وكوسة صفراء.
أخذت 3 كوسة فقط في النهاية. قطع النهايات ثم إلى شرائح.
يُسكب القليل من زيت الزيتون في مقلاة ويُسخن على نار متوسطة. نضع الكوسة ونحمرها قليلاً.
ثم قطعها من المنتصف بالطول.
قم بطهي المعكرونة الخاصة بك في الماء المغلي المملح.
اشطفها بعد الطهي بالماء البارد واتركها تجف. ثم أضيف القليل من زيت الزيتون واخلطهم لمنعهم من الالتصاق.
قطعي ثمرة الرمان وخذي جزءًا من الشوربة.
بالنسبة للكوسة الصفراء ، يمكنك ببساطة بشرها أو استخدام نوع من مبراة الفاكهة لصنع سباغيتي الكوسة.
ضعي المعكرونة مباشرة بقشر نصف ليمونة.
