حساء فو ساتيه هو نوع حديث إلى حد ما من حساء فو الفيتنامي التقليدي. لم أره خلال رحلاتي في فيتنام ، ولكن في مطاعم في فرنسا. سواء كانت تقليدية أم لا ، فإن النتيجة ببساطة هي البهجة الخالصة. المرق غني بالساتيه ، وبالتالي الفلفل والفول السوداني والسكر. الحساء هو قلب أكثر قليلاً وتوابل ويتناسب بشكل رائع مع القريدس الكبير. يمكنك بالطبع إضافة كرات اللحم. أنا فقط أنتظر شيئًا واحدًا: من الرائع أن تريحني بهذا الحساء الفاسد!
