تذوقتها لأول مرة في هيوستن في مطعم أمريكي. لا أتذكر الاسم ولكن يبدو أنه تم العثور عليها أيضًا في Cheesecake Factory. سميت هذه السبرينغ رولز بشكل سيء لأنها لم تعد لها أي علاقة بلفائف الربيع الحقيقية. أنا لا أضع أيضًا كيكة الأرز. لكن هذه “النيم” لذيذة للغاية! عليك أن تجرب الوصفة أيضا بشكل خاص للصلصة الرائعة التي ترافقهم. صلصة حلوة حارة قليلاً مع العسل والتمر الهندي والكاجو والكزبرة !! وصفة أصلية ولذيذة! سألت أحد أصدقائي الذين يعيشون في الولايات المتحدة عن الوصفة وأعطيتني هذه الوصفة الأقرب. القليل من العجب! شكرا جزيلا لها!
وصفة لفائف الربيع مع الأفوكادو (10 لفات الربيع):
لفائف الربيع:
– عبوة من صفائح السمبوسة المربعة (أو صفائح القرميد)
-أفوكادو برازيلي (الأنواع الغريبة الكبيرة!)
– قطعتان من الطماطم المجففة في الزيت
– 1/4 بصلة حمراء مقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة
-ملعقة كبيرة من أوراق الكزبرة المفرومة
لتحضير الصلصة:
– 80 جرام عسل
-6 جرام سكر
-25 جرام زيت زيتون
– 35 جرام كاجو (محمص ومملح!)
-2 ملاعق صغيرة من الخل الأبيض
– الثوم المعمر الصيني
-رأس ثوم
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كمون
-1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل مطحون
-ملعقة صغيرة من الخل البلسمي
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من لب التمر الهندي
– رشة زعفران
– حفنة صغيرة من الكزبرة
زيت القلي
هنا أفوكادو سمين من البرازيل. يزن كيلو تقريبا!
افتحه في قسمين.
ثم قشرها.
لتقطيعه أخيرًا إلى شرائح بالطول ، ثم بالعرض. ضعي في وعاء كبير.
قطعي الطماطم المجففة في الزيت إلى قطع صغيرة جدًا.
افعل نفس الشيء مع ربع بصل أحمر. يمكنك حفظ ما تبقى من البصل لوصفة أخرى.
